Conrad Hawkins is one of Chastain Park Memorial Hospital's best doctors. Charming and arrogant, Conrad likes to take an unconventional approach whenever possible and believes it's his personal duty to shatter the romantic illusions of the first-year residents. Dr. Devon Pravesh is an innocent idealist who leans on his finely tuned moral compass, but with Conrad's help, he begins to realize that the practice of medicine is a business, like any other, with less-than-angelic patients and fallible doctors.

Mark K After the first fifteen minutes of episode 1, I said to myself “wow, I may have a winner here…it’s good already”. After finishing episode 1, I was a fan and now I’m looking forward to all 6 seasons! It’s that good so far! Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 07/29/24 Full Review Ted V LOVE this show. After 37 years in Pharma/Hospital/Medical industry this is the type of show that accurately exposes many of the negative business sides of medicine. It also helps illustrate to everyone why you need to be your own advocate regarding your and your family’s healthcare. Not sure why the Critics rated this so low. The first episode was a bit pretentious but this series got better and better. Rated 5 out of 5 stars 07/09/24 Full Review Steve B I love the show. I think it’s a very well written and has very realistic storylines and I think the surgeries are very well played, And seemed very realistic. Medical dramas like this or sometimes obviously very fake or sometimes pretty good as it shows like Grey’s Anatomy which ran for 20 years and had incredible ratings I think this is very much along the lines of that show.
