… if you do any consulting, and you’re just charging for the service (coding / design / copywriting, etc) then you’re getting paid for the hour.
If you have a methodology, then you can shift and start getting paid for the value you bring to that hour. ( that’s a Jim Rohn quote btw)
In a consulting/service/agency business, your methodology becomes your product.
That’s how you scale the business.

Using this framework (or methodology) you’ll be able to build very clear systems for your team to follow to ensure EVERY customer gets what they expect.
Anything out of scope is either referred to someone else, OR offered as an enhancement.
